We are proud to announce that Valentina Gabriel, SVP Asia Pacific business unit at Technip Energies, has won the Trophées des Femmes 2021 in the International woman category.
Created by French media company L'Usine Nouvelle, the Trophées des Femmes awards is a reputed French award that honors female talents in the industry.
Hired by Technip in 1996, Valentina Gabriel moved to Malaysia, the UK and the USA as a process engineer. She then spent ten years in charge of projects all over the world, from Angola to Azerbaijan, via Brazil and the United States. A strong believer in diversity, what marked her the most was the wealth of differences in these international teams.
Speaking about her win, Valentina said: “I am extremely honored to receive the ‘Femme international’ Award by L’Usine Nouvelle. Most of all, I am grateful for the opportunities that have come my way and all the incredible individuals I have had the privilege of learning from in my years in Technip Energies.
"And last but not least, let’s never forget that diversity and inclusion is the right thing to do to give everyone equal opportunity."
